Terms and Conditions & Return Policy
Please take a moment to review our policies. These terms and conditions apply to all sales in our online shop and orders received via telephone. Do not hesitate to contact us prior to purchase if you have any questions or concerns as we enjoy receiving emails to help us further improve our store and our policies regarding our valued customers. We update all transactions promptly, however, availability is subject to prior sale and confirmation. At the end of the day, our job is to help you make your home and everyday environment unique. Above all we aim to make this an enjoyable artistic process for every customer.We do our best to accurately represent art and artifacts using our decades of experience and talent. Due to the unique nature of the antiques and collectibles retail industry, Best Silver does not issue refunds, exchanges, credits or returns. Best Silver ensures that we do our best to describe our products accurately and honestly based on the best resources available while the listing is in preparation. Any text description is supplemented by photographs meant to afford a visual perspective, approximating those of an on-site preview as closely as is possible in an online retail venue.
Previews of items are available at our physical store location in Detroit, Michigan upon request. Best Silver is happy to try and clarify information and provide additional support according to our customers’ wishes. Meanwhile, please read the product description and condition report carefully (including dimensions), examine all photographs closely and request additional images if desired. Finally, please attempt to resolve any questions before placing your order.
Please remember that many of our available items are antique and many decades old. Expect some wear and tear such as minor scratches or blemishes. We are careful to note any damage or repairs that the items may have sustained in the listing. Contact us with 24 hours of purchase if there is a problem with the order that you have placed and we will do our best to mediate the issue. We fully inspect and insure all items - defective item return shipping is solely the responsibility of the buyer. If something is damaged, you must contact us for a return authorization before returning. Otherwise it will be refused and returned to you at your costs. There are no exceptions to these rules.
In the rare cases where management agrees to refunds, cancellations, credits, exchanges or returns, a restocking fee of 35% may apply. In addition, the packing, shipping and preparation costs are non refundable. Orders awaiting pick-up and shipment may not be cancelled. Governing Law: this agreement and any sales hereunder shall be governed by the laws of the state of Michigan, without regard to conflicts of laws rules. The customer consents to the jurisdiction of the federal or state courts located in Wayne County, Michigan for purposes of any suit, action or proceeding arising out of this Purchase Agreement.
